Office Location and Hours
My office is located at the Tower at Park West right beside Park West Hospital located just off Cedar Bluff Road. Office hours are 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. Monday-Friday. The office is easily accessible from I-40/75, Kingston Pike and Middlebrook Pike. We are on the first floor, suite 130. There is free parking in the lower levels of the building along with a patient dropoff right at the front door.
Appointments
Please call 865-690-4861 and ask specifically for an appointment with Dr. Richard Cunningham. If you do not ask specifically for me you may not get an appointment with me. Similarly, if you go to the emergency room, you may ask to follow up with me as you are not obligated to follow up with the doctor on call. If you are having trouble making an appointment with me, please email me or call my coordinator, Ashley Cooper, at 690-4861. Click on the email button on the bottom left. Appointments are available Monday-Friday, but some are mornings and some are afternoons due to surgery the other times. I am on active staff and perform surgery at Park West Surgery Center (in the same building as my office on the second floor) and next door at Park West Hospital.
Insurance
Please call our office at 865-690-4861 for insurance questions. There are so many plans that change frequently that we often have to call to check coverage.
